Possible for me to review Forza Horizon 4 early?

I seen a lot of people streaming the game early for "reviews".

Wonder if it's possible for me to do it too or is it selected?

Using Forza 3 Designs in Forza Horizon?

I know it is possible to import Designs created in Forza 4 to Forza Horizon and I am wondering wether this is possible for Forza 3 Designs, too?

download the Forza Horizon 4 Demo before the Early Access starts September 28 for the customers that
