    Nope. The on free change is linked to the email of that account. So, you can't gift yourself a free change.

    Sigh ... i spend 4 hours on this [mod removed]. I can't change emails. You guys are incompetent. I can't change my gamertag for free. You guys want 10$ just to change my gamertag. I have one freebie and you won't let me allow me to use it on another account.
