Possible December MyVip Calculation Error

I see the deposit listed for my 3% December MyVip is 1,200 points. However, I think it is supposed to be 2,100.

I purchased the following on 12/27/16 via Xbox One Store/Console:

Forza Horizon 3 Deluxe (sale): $59.99 (paid $54.54 w/ $5.45 coming from credits)

Trials Fusion: Max Edition (sale): $16.00

using the $54.54 + $16 = $70.54 @ 3% should be $2.11, not $1.20. I am not even sure how 1,200 points were determined because even if you do 3% of any of my purchases they do not equal 1,200 ($1.20).

Actually, MyVIP reset has been postponed to December to better coincide with the end of the year. There was a sticky with this information, but due to the update to the forums, this is currently missing. There was an issue with MyVIP calculations that was
recently resolved this morning. You should now be seeing the correct MyVIP progress. Apologies for the confusion.

I have a few edits for things I missed in my hasty post.

1). It should be 6% not 3%. I maintained Gold through the entire month and the deposit says "MyVIP Star Rank 3 (Gold): 1,200"

2) That changes the total reward to $70.54 @ 6% = $4.23 which should be about 4,230 points which is 3.5x more than what I was actually given.

Since Forza Horizon 3 Deluxe was a part of an offer (A Rewards Story - Present) it did not also award MyVIP payback. We have reviewed your deposit, and confirmed that it is correct. Since we award on every $10 USD, spending from a previous month was used
to complete another $10 for you in December, so you were awarded 6% payback based off of $20, and not $16.

Hi SmoothThor. Murphs is correct. There is currently a delay in awarding for console purchases. Credits should show as pending by the end of the week. MyVIP for December will be calculated soon and will be awarded by the 15th. Thanks for your patience.

We do not see any offers that you were not Rewarded for. If you are asking about MyVIP payback for your December purchases, from our FAQ:

When will my MyVIP Rewards Credits be deposited into my Microsoft account?

The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit terms.
Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

We have not yet calculated December MyVIP payback, so it is too early to see those Credits pending.
