    I would like to invite anyone experiencing obvious delaying tactics being employed by Xbox customer support to avoid honoring warranty repair agreements to post to reddit.com under the /r/law subreddit. Search for "xbox". So far we have found several cases.

    man have you even tried to call the customer service or go through an official channel? Something other than a social space? Might want to try calling before you make legal threats on a forum post.

    Sounds quite anecdotal to me. The circumstances would differ for each case, and the one sided argument those Reddit threads would have wouldn't tell the whole story.

    Good luck last time I checked MS put in their TOS agreement that you cant do this because MS tryed to screw the customer with RROD and knew about it.
