possible Call of duty point "bug"

earlier today I purchased $20 worth of COD points and was immediately confused. After purchasing the credits my I shut off my xbox in hope of them registering . after shutting off and turning on my Xbox I logged back onto call of duty to spend my newly purchased currency (cod points), but was confused when I saw that my current balance in COD points was zero. After multiple restarts of my Xbox I still had no luck, online it does show that sometimes orders can take up to 24 hours, I hope this is the case yet it has never happened to me before. after checking the credit card transaction and recent orders on my Microsoft account it seemed that the transaction was successful, but in call of duty itself it is still processing or has failed to register. If I do not get my COD points after the 24 hour period what should I do, is there some sort of way to contact a certain individual who can help me gain the unfortunately lost cod points I had purchased, or would it be more convenient to request a refund from call of duty themselves.

To clarify, you're concerned that you were possibly charged twice for the same purchase, is that correct? I recommend checking your
