    Possible Bans


    A friend of mine lent me his account to play some games, immediately downloaded his account and games but in realize something was odd, so I canceled all downloads and erased his profile from my console to avoid possible band for playing robbed games.

    My account was on the background in the meantime but never playing his games nor his content, I don't know if this guy gets his games legally but I didn't want trouble and my profile banned.

    Is my account at risk for doing this?

    The possibility of a ban?

    The enforcement team can tell whether a achievement is unlocked legitimately,even if it pops later or earlier than it should.

    As long as it was earned legit then you have nothing to worry about.

    I've had the same thing happen to me loads of times,some achievements are just glitched like that.

    the fire rate on a modded controller will have the same gap in between each button press, this is how they can tell, if you have a very fast trigger finger they can see the gap in milliseconds is different and not the same as a modded controller has

    I know people with modded controllers they are not illegal. That is why there are checks for the fire rate on weapons. You cannot get banned for a modded controller. You can only get banned for hacking the game. You could go to Wal Mart of Fred Meyer and
    get a modded controller. I wish they didn't exist but sadly they do. Oh well.
