Possible 100% problem

I only have a few story missions left according to the DNA strand before everything is 100% complete but the map on the frontier is saying I have one mission left. What could it possibly be? And is it possible it will keep me from getting the achievement?

Possible Problem?

I was watching a friend play and he found a weapon part. He then died before the game did an inventory save or progress save and he lost the weapon part out of his inventory. When he went back to re-find the weapon part it was not there and it is not counted
in his Progress/Unlock count.

Anybody else run into this?

Possible Problem?

Good. I'd hate to think there was a fatal flaw that would deny you an achievement. I'm still missing a few weapons parts and artifacts, and have spent many hours searching for them. They'd BETTER be there somewhere!

The other problem there seems to be, is that you need to download the dlc to 100% the game?

Is this common in other games as well?

I tried this, and for the consoles I've found that our limit clocks out at a certain number depending on what item you have. I don't understand why the limit is imposed, but I stacked back and forth from enchanting and alchemy and the highest that the game
would allow me to get is 29% on forged items. If you understand stacking, then you'll know why this limits me from reaching any higher a value on an alchemy potion. Even with the Falmer Helmet/Circlet deal my values went up by hardly enough.

My enchanting potions stay at 37% and my smithing potions stay at 147%. I can't get them any higher.

I don't know if this is what you mean (picture below)?

Picking the right perks is important if you want to stack enchantments. A player posted this picture showing a 100% enchant on one piece of armor. Here's a link to the article which also takes you to a more thorough guide. (He explains the "gamebreaking"
statement and we didn't have all the updates on the game when this was written)
