Good afternoon.

I will go straight to the point.

I pay for have a Xbox...

I pay for have an Xbox live Gold subscription...

I pay like an American do, Brazilian do, Canada do.... But when we talk about get something back like rewards, I only get the message "Sorry but it's not available in your country".

So please give on good ŕeason for I don't leave the universe Xbox? And explain why the Portuguese don't have this but the Brazilian have?

I live in Brazil (that uses the same NTSC system as USA) and bought a XBOX in Portugal (PAL), and I have the same issues. I'm thinking about changing the region to Portugal in my account, but I would like to know if this could affect my Netflix account and
if it's reversible. Any thoughts on that?
