    Portal Knights pre-order.


    I pre-ordered Portal Knights for my Xbox One, then downloaded the pre-order bonus and game.

    Looking now on the time of release and am unable to play it.

    Says my purchase may have been cancelled or refunded..

    Looking at my recently installed section and both are there still since I've not installed much since then?

    From what I can see if my bank info, I was never charged.

    So it was cancelled, and I never cancelled it.

    I also know at the time I had at least 40-50$ in my account to use up.

    Kind of dissapointed that I can't play the game I've been waiting for for 2 weeks.

    I downloaded both the game itself, and the preorder bonus.

    Yet apparently I've never even bought the game.

    Little help please?

    Also sorry if wrong forum, there are too many and this was to closest I could find for my problem...

    Portal Knights Emerald Throne Pack

    I pre-purchased Portal Knights, which is supposed to include the Emerald Throne pack, but after downloading the game, it now wants to charge me again for the Emerald Throne pack. Help?
