Portal 2 and Left 4 Dead 2 DLC missing from account after buying a series x

I like to play Left 4 Dead, Left 4 Dead 2, Portal 2, and any of the Guitar Hero Series

In this situation, what you should do first is verify that the purchase of this content appears in the order history of the account with which you are trying to download, you can do that here:

If you still aren’t seeing the DLC try these different methods:

1. Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide.
   
2. Highlight—but don’t select—My games & apps.
   
3. Press the Menu button on your controller, then select Refresh and check for your item.
   

In your games list, focus on the base game, press the menu button on your controller, then select Manage game & add-ons.

To verify whether the original purchase was successful:

1. In a web browser, sign in to your Microsoft account.
   
2. Select Payment & billing, and then select Order history to view your purchase history.
   

If your original purchase was successful, the transaction will be listed as "Completed." If you see a completed transaction for the DLC but don't see the option to install it on your console, contact our live Support here: Contact us However, it should allow you to install the DLC again from the store too.
