Nat duplo geralmente acontece quando você tem dois dispositivos de rede seguidos. Por exemplo, um modem adsl seguido de um roteador. Isso acontece porque geralmente o modem é também configurado como um roteador via cabo, o que faz com que haja dois NATs
na rede. No caso do modem adsl (não sei se é o seu caso) corrige-se isso colocando-o no modo Bridge para fazer uma ponte direta para o roteador.

Para NAT estrito, resolve-se configurando as portas de rede utilizadas pela xbox live no roteador. As portas utilizadas pelo serviço são:

• Porta 88 (UDP)
• Porta 3074 (UDP e TCP)
• Porta 53 (UDP e TCP)
• Porta 80 (TCP)
• Porta 500 (UDP)
• Porta 3544 (UDP)
• Porta 4500 (UDP)
