Not sure about that router but here are the ports that Xbox Live requires and some games may require others. However, if UPNP is working properly on that router you should not need to do any port forwarding

•Port 88 (UDP)

•Port 3074 (UDP and TCP)

•Port 53 (UDP and TCP)

•Port 80 (TCP)

•Port 500 (UDP)

•Port 3544 (UDP)

•Port 4500 (UDP)

So based on your screenshot you'd put

Trigger Protocol: UDP

Trigger Start port: 88

Trigger End port: 88

Open Start port:88

Open End port:88

Trigger Name: Xboxlive1

Repeat that for all of the ports you need to add making the Trigger Name (and ports) different for each one.

How are you, mate?
Find a function called DMZ host on your router, put your PC's IP and save it. All ports that the IP needs will be open. This is the only function I use and it's simpler and easier than forwarding multiple ports.
