Bueno lo que pasa es que un dia cuando estaba jugando fortnite con un amigo empiezo a notar que el rb de mi control no funcionaba casi y se me hizo raro porque nunca lo e tratado mal ni dejado caer ademas de ser un elite s2 deberia ser de la mejor calidad
y por eso se me hizo raro no se que me puedan recomendar o que podria hacer, use todos mis ahorros para comprar ese control para que me pase esto y estoy muy asustado :c

Lo compre hace 4 o 5 meses pero igual lo compre en gamestop y mi tia que vive en estados unidos me lo mando por una encomienda que le hizo a mi otra tia y la factura no vino con el control

ademas la pieza de ajustar los joysticks se perdio cuando llego el mando

Mi problema es el boton RB de mi mando ELITE SERIES
2 no funciona como tal y por lo que veo a muchos usuarios con el mismo control les pasa lo mismo quisiera saber si hay alguna solución y saber si es algún problema de actualización de los
controles elites o es algun mal funcionamiento del mando.

Seria de gran ayuda que me ayudarán a resolver mi problema.

Eso pasa casi siempre, me a pasado casi siempre que pido o envió algo por paqueteria, aveces demoran un poco en actualizar sus estados, pero de lo contrario, puedes llamar a atención al clientes y dar tu numero de seguimiento.
