Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. I understand that you are requesting to have the suspension on your account removed.

Here on the Xbox Forums, we do not have the capabilities to be able to remove any Enforcement Action on your account.

I would suggest taking a look at the
enforcement action FAQ for further info on how to further tackle this matter.

However, if you suspension is longer than 24 hours, you could try
submitting a case review, and see if that helps to alleviate or at least reduce the sentence. This might actually be the best alterative if you are eligible. I would strongly recommend this option so as to get you back to gaming as quickly as possible.
