Discus and support Populous The beginning is not available in EA store in my region and says Failed to Load in... in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I dont know how many times I need to say this.     I dont know how many times I need to say this. MAYBE it says 'Failed to Load' because its not available in the EA store in my region. Everything else you suggested doesnt work. So either get EA to make the game available in my region or delist it from the xbox app in my region. Then you dont have to read messages like this all the time. Or just give me the same suggestions so I can ignore them again.

    since this is a community forum we are players like you and can just try to help you with advice.

    I don't know what suggestions you've been given in the past but I think it would be best to contact EA and describe them the issue you have.

    Even the Microsoft support can't help you with that problem.

    NBA Jam OFE - EA Servers are not available at this time...

    I'm having exactly the same problem, When you load the game it should automatically connect to ea servers but it fails, it says Ea servers are not available at this time, Im in the UK

    I created another profile and it worked, but my lead profile still wont connect to the EA servers anyone help with that?

    Still cant play nba jam online its having issues like many others about not connecting to games online.

    However my problem is it wont connect to the servers on my main profile.

    If it's a region issue, then no. Some 360 games are region locked so in order to download them, your account region has to match your physical location and you have to be in a region where the game is available.
    How do I tell if the game is or isn't available in my region? Will it say what regions it is available on the store page?
