    Pop ups


    I was booted out of a competitive match on overwatch because of a “lets make sure your security info is up to date” pop up. I lost a lot of season rank, endorsement, and was banned for some time. It was improper timing and someone should really fix that.

    Pop ups

    The update isn't designed to be inconvenient.

    It's Xbox trying to get you to protect your account.

    I know it's a minor inconvenience, but I highly recommend doing so.

    Hi there,

    Being an Overwatch player I can honestly say if you were banned it wasnt because of this, Blizzard doesnt ban for a single dc. Regardless, you can check your settings to set aside time for updates, please let us kbow if you continue to experience the issue!

    Hit the guide button, scroll all the way to the right, click preferences then Online, then click Busy. This disables the notifications for when someone is online, messages. You will still get achievement notifications.
