    I had a terrible experience with service on warranty repair. it took me 4 days to get a paid for expedited shipping label. If rating Microsoft it would be a 1 out of 5. All games start and all eventually crash out and just close. I did the factor resets, recovery mode reset, and clearing cache before ever calling them of course. It was a new Series X and I had controller drift out of the box to boot. and it happened on the extra controllers as well so it is clearly a design flaw.

    I repair servers, laser printers, laptops, etc, everyday for about 2 decades. Do some myself and others we ship out. HP, dell, apple, no issues..... Microsoft is unprofessional and sketchy not to mention lack of thorough troubleshooting , documentation and transparency. It is generally disgraceful considering the money you make. Microsoft could learn a lot from these companies. Both in production and support. you want a gaming machine form HP you order it and wait. Xbox you need to buy it second hand from a 3rd party and the Microsoft CEO knows the method is not working . All controllable

    I call and get a guy in India I think, its late and there is a rooster crowing so it is darn early where he is and all following calls had the same accent. I decided i wanted to express the the thing and the ticket was already done so he cancel and remake it. well 3 days later and 4 calls I have nothing but excuses and refusals to provide me a manager to resolve the issue. Final she says Ill contact out hardware team and see what's wrong and Ill get you a manager... oh he is busy he will call you back.... surprise no call back.

    No follow through or follow up. No error checking, will draconic 24 waits between any attempt to fix issue to make sure things are not running smoothly.

    No means to escalate, they just don't care. If you have a means of contact the state AG and consumer protect of Massachusetts which has no issue smacking tech giants around great. but no one should ever have to if the company is respectable. I even reached looking at local news and internet influencers as I document this sh#$ show.

    Vague nonsense say nothing responses from the support emails. Lack of transparency, lack of accuracy, not timely, no recourse to resolve anything.

    I have the original Xbox and have been online since then with Microsoft, This experience has changed the way I view the company as a whole as my experiences are NOT unique and are VERY common. just google it.

    Number of years on Xbox LIve changed randomly.

    I did the new steps plus the old ones and nothing has changed. Very poor service for loyal members. I think we deserve something for all of this.

    I understand the problem you are presenting and believe me, I am very sorry, here in the forum we are not an AI, that I can assure you, we are real people who try to help other users. Unfortunately, these types of cases cannot be attended to here since, as I mentioned before, this is only a public forum where we are all players like you, therefore we are not Microsoft employees.

    Having said this, the only way to handle this type of problem regarding account bans or suspensions is through the link on the enforcement page since they are the only ones in charge of handling these types of cases, in fact Support cannot or will not is authorized to help in these cases (Only through the enforcement page can an appeal be filed).

    Regarding what you mention that better Support is needed, you may be a little right but from here in the forum, unfortunately, we cannot resolve this situation.
