    Poor service and response to customer issue


    Today I spent nearly two hours with your tech support to fix an issue I had with a promotion advertised on my dashboard for 33% off xbox live gold. To begin, the promotional link did not work and sent me to a page to buy xbox live for the full, rather than
    the discounted price. Then, when I went to work with your support staff to fix the issue it took several attempts and nearly two hours get the original promotion. This experience has cost me my time and eroded my trust and confidence in Microsoft's ability
    to help its customers with legitimate complaints. I would like to see some redress for this issue and compensation for the time this has wasted and the frustration it has caused.

    Xbox Live went down

    For a company as wealthy and as big as what Microsoft is, sever issues really shouldn't be an issue in this day and age and especially not as frequent as what they are. Microsoft seem to forget that we are actually paying for this service, and for people to complain and get no response whatsoever is just poor customer service in my opinion, and I think it's just another sign that Microsoft as got that big that they are starting to neglect the people that made them that big in the first place...us, the customers.

    It really is quite poor customer service to be honest. No response of acknowledgement of the problem nor announcements at all. I get things happen, and a xcloud is in supposed beta, but no announcement or acknowledgement with indications of when it will be resolved is quite poor customer service.
