    Poor response times


    Anyone else fed up with the poor response times for all the paying Xbox gold members? I posted at the weekend on several rewards issues and have had very little in the way of RESPONSES or RESOLUTIONS TIMES.

    Keep being told it's being looked into and then nothing. Very bad service Microsoft!! Not even a phone number to ring after you have launched a massive new rewards scheme that does not even work properly.

    SORT IT OUT!!!!!!

  3. Input Lag/Poor Response time on Xbox 360

    Is anyone actually going to help me? I always see people answering incredibly simple and stupid questions (some questions I see on here are equal to someone asking why the Earth turns and get many replies), meanwhile it takes me multiple attempts and multiple
    different websites to get an answer for a legit problem. If nobody is going to help anyone then Microsoft is just wasting money to keep this place up and I've just been wasting my time.

    It is pretty bad, especially for a software focused company. It is as if they don't want to give rewards out...

  6. Sony don't have a reward system (as far as I know) there really isn't a fair comparison. In terms of support, I have never had to contact Sony for any reason (to the best of my memory) si I personally can't say what they are like.

    The problem is, Microsoft does not run the Rewards program. So the Rewards program (Hello World) rely on their information from the Xbox servers. Sometimes the servers don't communicate properly and that causes issues. It just depends on how long it can
    take for the program to get the right information.

    It's not a new rewards program, the program has been around for years. Occasionally users do run into issues, but they are few and far between.

    You have received multiple replies from staff stating that they are looking into the matter. If they state they are looking into the matter, then they are in fact looking into it.

    Perhaps a little patience is needed?

  10. they really dont care. The preorder issue is stupid and all they do is give stupid responses. They need to look again at thier model and come up with something that works for everyone.

  11. They need to look at the stupid rewards programe none of it benefits xbox or the customer. It is broke.

    I think it could be good. Just a little more planning and definitely a quicker resolution time for problems like this going forward.
