    Hello,

    I'm writing to see about getting some kind of customer support, or to see if anyone using these forums know how to get these guys to respond to customer service inquiries. Attached below is my email to Xbox Support.

    "For months your online warranty checker could not find the warranty or it would say something like you guys weren't doing controller repairs or something like that. I figured it was due to the COVID pandemic. Now when i check my warranty, it says it's
    expired.. I bought this console late Feb early March, my controller started stick drifting in late April Early May. You guys don't take phone calls or chats about controllers and your warranty checker wasn't working and now it is and saying my controller's
    warranty is expired and my only option is to buy another 70 dollar controller when this controller has stopped working just a couple months after purchase.

    I've been a loyal long term, Xbox customer and even after multiple customer service issues dating back to the Xbox 360 (70 dollars was charged to my account for Microsoft points and long story short I ended up out 70 bucks and my Microsoft points).

    Even through all the customer service blunders and missteps, I've remained a customer, but this is ridiculous. These controllers are horribly built and your warranty checker never worked until it was expired and that's extremely disappointing. There was
    like no way to contact support directly for a controller issue. I spoke with someone on Reddit that said he got his controller fixed through the website, but it's never worked until today, where it conveniently let me know that NOW my controller is out of
    warranty.

    I would like for someone to reach out about this. "

    Didn't know where else to put this, so I'll post this in a few different places.

    Should.be noted you couldve requested a call back like smuwtches said

    Its a matter of reading the menu selections

    Notnjust press 0 for an agent

    And its only 90 day warranty on all controllers

    If you are using chrome or safari that would be why

    Especially on mobile devices

    It doesnt play well with various websites or forums including fb and fb games

    Its best to use more upto date browsers and more w3g compliant ones

    The best one is Edge which is based on chromunium but for some odd reason does javascript like water compared to chrome

    And yes benchmarks does say it.

    Chrome only has the biggest install base but lacks in performance

    Edge and firefox are the best rated ones amoung both pc and mobile

    You would have to contact them by phone or chat. You can request a call back or chat with support at http://support.xbox.com/contact-us If you don't see those options, change
    your category/topic until you do. Billing & Subscriptions and "I don't recognize a charge" usually works for me.

    Also, please don't post in multiple sections of the forums. That is considered spam.

    I can attest to the build quality of the old controller.

    You will be pleased to know that the new One controller has had a lot of toughness tests. And maybe it's where you buy them from? Mine have always been good quality, so try a different shop or company!

    i've noticed that the controllers don't last half as long as the early ones used to,and loads of my friends have said the same,for the price you would expect better,i'd say just keep taking them back
