    W dniu 11.06.2020 omyłkowo złożyłem zamówienie w microsoft store Nie zauważyłem, że produkt dotyczy konsoli xboxone, której nie posiadam.

    Chwilę później złożyłem kolejne zamówienie tym razem już na właściwą konsolę xbox360.

    Czy jest szansa na zwrot za pierwsze zamówienie gdyż jak pisałęm wcześniej nie mogę wykorzystać tego zamówienia - brak sprzętu.

    [Translation-On 11.06.2020, I mistakenly placed an order in microsoft store I did not notice that the product is for xboxone console, which I do not have.

    A short time later, I placed another order this time for the correct xbox360 console.

    Is there a chance to return for the first order because as I wrote earlier I can not use this order - no equipment.]

    Unfortunately, it states right on every purchase that there are no refunds. There isn't a way to get the points back I'm afraid.

    While it does seem like a basic answer, it still seems a bit iffy to me.

    Do they offer absolutely no refunds to any such issues (of the same kind) in the past? Or were there some exceptions given the circumstances?

    It just strikes me as a weird policy since it's an online download - and I did make mention that I
    cannot even see the downloaded items for the game - in both Xbox Home (Active Downloads), and the game's own list of saved DLC.

    And yes, I would say the listing of the DLC (via in-game link to Xbox Live Marketplace) was a bit confusing as well.

    Being a non-Xbox owner, I found it off-putting to see a list such as:

    <DLC1> = Free

    <DLC2> = 60 points

    <DLC3> = Free

    ....

    <DLC 9> = 320 points

    <DLC10> = Free

    **lag/loading**

    <DLC11> = 800 points

    <DLC12> = Free

    What I'm trying to say is, it would be easy to make a mistake in picking a free one from a costly one simply due to the layout or way items were listed.
