    Trying to reach you....I had a suspension that expired yesterday yet I am still unable to send messages or communicate through party. Need some answers.

    I would like clarification as to why my 10 yr old's gamer tag had a 24 hr communication ban. I am with him roughly 95% of the time when he is on and I am familiar with the people he comes in contact with when playing. I hear most conversations and I am curious
    as to how you have come to this decision considering that i have had him block and unfriend certain players because they were picking on a child. I want to know what my son said that would constitute this action.

    Hey Piqur, Enforcement Agents are paid jobs at Microsoft. I would imagine if there is ever an opening you can add said person as a reference if you know their number, name, ect. You will want to keep an eye on the Jobs Link from MS and see if any jobs for
    the enforcement team become available. I would also imagine it is highly competitive.
