    Poking the support of rewards


    Hi,

    I was in one of the country's were Xbox rewards went on for another month. I completed the mission and got some partial credits for it, but the remaining never updated.

    I've posted multiple times in the rewards section, but it seems like support over there closed shop early, even before the program ended. Can anyone poke someone over there and let them look into it.

    I'm missing half of the earned credits and it seems like the 10% from last month's myvip isn't being added as well?

    Thanks in advance. I know this isn't the right place for the post, but support needs to be active over there.

    Agreed its extremely annoying. Im gonna keep poking and poking and poking until its fixed.

    Hey there DarkJade! Official Support here. I did a bit of poking and it looks like in your case 8 would be the accurate Tenure, so that's a little funky. Do you remember the date you first noticed this? Thanks!

    I do agree that poke checks are overpowered. Nothing you can really do though other than deke more and make them pay on the powerplay.
