Points were not deposited on 30th.

My points were not deposited and account status says there is something wrong and a third party's has to fix the problem. What does this mean aNS can I please get my credits before the Xbox sale is over please?

Rewards points not deposited on March 30th

As the title says, my 6-thousand-some rewards points were not deposited into my account on March 30th and are still listed as "pending".

There is currently an internal issue with the data stored for your account which is preventing a deposit. Our deposit process cannot correctly determine the primary billable account to deposit into for your Microsoft Account, and thus aborts the process.
This is an issue that we are working on resolving with another team, since we are not able to fully access the database containing billable account information. At the moment, we have not received a estimate on when this problem will be resolved. To be clear,
this is a data issue, and not the result of any faulty user input. This orange light prompt is a result of this error. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Points are only deposited twice monthly, around the 15th and 30th. Typically if the points are pending between the 1st and 15th they're deposited at the end of the month (around the 30th) and if the points are pending between the 16th and 30th they are deposited
around the 15th of the next month.

Unfortunately those are the only times points are deposited.

Microsoft points were discontinued in 2013 and changed to Rewards credits.. If you signed up for the Rewards program after points were discontinued, then you would not have earned any points.

Credits are deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 credits pending, or you can request a deposit when you have at least 1,000 credits pending but less than 5,000, and they would be deposited on the date listed
on the site at the time that you request the deposit.

Unfortunately that is not do-able. Deposits are only completed twice monthly, around the 15th and 30th of each month depending on when the points were credited to the account. If your next deposit is scheduled for January 26th, 2017 then that is when it
will arrive.
