When I saw Burnout Paradise Remastered was to be released on the 16th March I converted gems to 15000 points to help pay for it but It took so long that the points only showed up on the 1st of March 2018

Will they convert to money on the 15th or do I have to wait the end of the month?

Also,

you say points convert when requested or at 5000 on the 15th & end of month but in February the site converted the my 3750 i had collected to money on the 21st even though no request was made???

Mcrosoft points going away this month?

i read on IGN that they are doing away with points this month, my question is will any remaining points you have be converted to cash since you piad cash for it, or will you just lose the points you have in your account? and how will rewards work in the
future?

needing some help with the new cash system

quick question: when microsoft points where swapped to cash i got my points converted but i dont know how to check how many dollars i already have on my account so i can buy things with whatever amount i have.

so bassicly how do i check my current cash balance?

You'll want to post in the support section of this forum so they can verify for you, but if the credits became pending on the 1st then they would usually be deposited at the end of March.

Thanks for the response but literaly answered NONE of my questions. All u did was tell me stuff I allready know, I know a beta is a beta and not a final release, I also did read the agreement hing whih stated all current ms points will be converted to cash
however... now this is where my question u ignored completely comes in.... what about FUTURE ms point redemptions? Do ms points that u redeam AFTER the update get auto converted to cash also? Or are they simply invalid?

OK, follow-up question. If we opt out and don't want our Gems converted to MS Points, it says the balance will be deposited in the our regions tender. For me that is dollars. So will the 500 Gems be converted to $5 in cash? Also if we opt out to cash
out, can we then opt back in so we can at least begin to generate the MS points

I am pretty sure that when the public update comes out he will be able to purchase again with real currency and his points that got converted in money will be there.

If he is not part of the beta, that means that his account was downloaded onto a console that was a part of the beta. Because of the conversion of points to cash, he will only be able to purchase content from a console that has the beta. Since the beta is
closed, there is no way around this conversion on the current console, and there is no way to reverse the conversion. So, whatever console he downloaded his account to that has the beta is where he needs to go back to in order to purchase any content.
