    Points stop registering.


    Every few weeks my Microsoft Rewards App on my xbox weekly set stops registering points (for example Earn 200 points), therfore I loose on the additional bonus points as I don't achieve my weekly.

    Currently the longest streak I can achieve is about 7 weeks.

    Sorry for that, Spengly74. The Microsoft Rewards Team may need to check your account further that way once you report this to them they can deploy a fix.

    There is no 'help' which matches the issue I'm having.

    The issue is when asked to earn points to achieve a Xbox Weekly Set, it doesn't register any points even though my account does.... The xbox app is flawed.

    I have stopped receiving points about a year ago do they ask you to update your info on the my rewards page?
    no they just show my current points which is 0 its like nothing is registering when i buy stuff.
