Hi I tried to redeem some of my points for 2 - $10 Xbox gift cards yesterday evening, and only received one via email. This happened before and the codes arrive the next morning, but the code didn't arrive this morning.

So I attempted to redeem my points again this afternoon and I received it either. So I am down 2 - $10 Xbox gift cards and I tried contacting support and I was referred to this forum. I am posting the error codes I was given in, this thread to corroborate my
claim.

FIFA Point Redemption

Hello, I have recently bought FIFA Point vouchers for Xbox 360 and it says they are invalid, any help?

Old Xbox Live Points from old account will not be transferred to new Account. Why?

you do relieze that the terms of use is a binding contract and if you were baned you broke the contract therefore are not entitled to the ms points

For help with the Microsoft Rewards program, you'll need to contact their customer support via their redemption page. The Xbox Rewards program is not the same.
