can support check my acct. it says i have 68k credits pending but isnt releasing them, and theres no redeem option.

xbox live rewards help

so is the xbox live rewards still running? i think its glitched or something. i have points pending from about 5-6 months ago. it says it may take up to 4 days for the points to be added to your account. is there someone i can contact to fix this?

Something must be going on. Ive been with rewards for 6 months, and have always got my points (when over 100) deposited on the 15th. But, nothing this month, and 160 pending. First time it hasnt been there.

How many 'Pending' points do you have? You have to have a total of 100 pending points by the 1st of the month to receive a payout around the 15th of that month. I have 80 pending points, next month I'll do the survey and have 100 and they'll be paid out
around Oct 15th. Plus, Netflix is tricky- You have to sign up for it AFTER you sign up for Rewards and it has to be the first time you've ever signed up for Netflix. I've gotten close to 1000 MSP from Rewards.
