    I never suggested that one should be posted. If you're inquiring about a promotional item you're supposed to receive from making a purchase at the xbox marketplace, you need to post in the promotions forum. The Support team will look into your account, check
    your eligibility and move forward wither either additional info or make the appropriate adjustments.

    What the people above meant to say is that you won't find Microsoft staff here on the forum that can help.

    You will need to get onto phone support, the reference number you have posted is after all only of use to them.

    Nothing can be transferred between profiles unless you are the primary member of a family plan, then you can transfer points to secondary accounts on the plan.

    The only way to transfer points between accounts is if both accounts are in the same Family Pack.

    No DLC or indeed Indie game, can be transferred between profiles.

    The only option really is to buy the other person a points card and let them buy the game that way.
