    Points not showing up on history


    hi, thank you for the deposit of points into my Microsoft account. I made a purchase of 12 months Xbox live gold last year 2015 which has now expired this year but I don't see 3000 points in the history, so can you pease update the my history so that is
    shows up as points added,thank you.

    Unable to redownload DLC

    Did you buy it with points or a code?

    If its not showing up in your download history on the console OR on your purchase history on the website, support will should be able to see it in your points history (if from the last year).



    If its not showing up on that account, are you absolutely positive its the account you downloaded it on?

    Were there any other accounts on the xbox you might have gotten it on instead?

    Missing Rewards Points for Multiple Items

    I am missing multiple rewards points for server purchases on my account. Specifically, it appears that I've not received Points for any Purchases made in 2016 (I have not checked prior) despite the purchases showing up under my Microsoft Account Order History.

    As of July 1, 2014, there are no offers to receive credits for renewing gold.

    Problem With Licenses

    If the content doesn't show up in your download history, have you called support specifically to ask if the content show up in your points/purchase history? They can do an escalation to someone with manual power over the account and get that fixed so that
    it does show on your purchase/download history to allow you to redownload it agian.

    dont know what happen to my points

    Legends, the billing site is a better place to check when it comes to points. It will show things that don't show up on your download history.
