Points not showing in Microsoft Rewards

    Points not showing in Microsoft Rewards


    I just purchased cyberpunk 2077 and activated a punch card before purchase for 6000 points upon purchase. My account didnt get credit for the purchase of the game nor did microsoft rewards update my point total after buying the game. So on a bare minimum
    I'm either out 1200 points if you get 20 points per dollar or the 6000 points for the punch card which is enough for a $5 microsoft gift card. How do I get this resolved?

    Hi there,

    Your account points, are they Xbox Rewards credits (rewards.xbox.com), or are the Microsoft Rewards (formerly called Bing Rewards) points?

    For Xbox Rewards credits have you requested a deposit already on rewards.xbox.com? Keep in mind deposits are done by the 15th and 30th of the month. If you requested a deposit, did it give you a specific date?

    If they are Microsoft Reward points (Bing rewards) Microsoft.com/rewards, you have to redeem them for one of the options though that site.

    They are two separate programs with two different redemption options. Microsoft Rewards won't show on Xbox Rewards same as Xbox Rewards credits won't show in your Microsoft Rewards page.

    Correct account, says points deposited, but they aren't in my microsoft awards balance

    That's it! Shows as a credit in my gift card balance, not as Microsoft Reward points. Perfect. thank you!

    Rewards has it own Support.

    You can find the link at the bottom of the Rewards site.

    Since the last purchase isn't older than 48h I would recommend to wait some more days before contacting them.
