Points not showing in account suddenly

When will my MyVIP Rewards Credits be deposited into my Microsoft account?

The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit terms.
Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

We have not yet calculated the month's MyVIP payback for December, so it is too early to see the Credits pending.

Hi, I bought microsoft points and downloaded the first strike pack on my account and my boys have played it for about 5 months, but suddenly it doesn´t work anymore. I can see it on the harddrive on my profile and I tried to delete it and download it again
but the first strike courses doesn´t show....

I live in Sweden and plays the english version !?!

i followed the link it says i have £10.20. my xbox shows up in ms points still but says i have no balance. i downloaded my profile whilst at a friends house and his shows in currency could that be the problem and what can i do?

Please visit this page here and take a look at your account balance, does it show up in points or currency (this cannot
be undone)?

If the balance is showing as currency then it means the following:

You're either on the Xbox Beta Dashboard (you have the "Beta" channel bar on your dashboard), OR you've downloaded your profile onto a console that has the beta update and it's converted
your points to currency. You will only be able to purchase content from that console that you downloaded your profile to that has the beta for the time being.

should be able to access the beta forums located here.

Please Note: You can only gain access to the beta forums if you have the "beta" channel on your Xbox 360 Dashboard. Only the person who ran the beta registration application will
have access to the forums using their gamertag. No other gamertags will be able to access the forums.
Since beta registration is now closed, it's not possible to get another console into the beta so you'd need to wait until the beta is released to the public later this year (Fall 2013) to make any purchases, or visit anyone's house you know of that
also has this beta update to make purchases on their console for the time being.

You will have to wait until the update rolls out to everyone to be able to make a purchase on your console. You can make a purchase on any other console that does have the beta.
