    We see that you are not a Xbox Live Rewards member. This forum is for Xbox Live Rewards issues. If you are asking about Microsoft Rewards, that is a separate program. You would have to contact their support for assistance from the Microsoft Rewards webpage.

    Hello Nick Brown 13,

    Pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit
    the following month. For reference, your last Credit event was on the 1st, so you can expect your deposit to go through at the end of the month.

    Since you have gone over the 5000 pending Credit requirement for an automatic scheduling of a deposit, there is no longer any need for you to request a deposit.

    Since the Credit event that triggered you for an automatic deposit was on the 19th, you should receive all your Credits in the mid-month deposit next month.

    Hello,

    Sorry, if the code is coming up as invalid or it's giving you an error message saying that it cannot be used in your region then that would mean that you wouldn't be able to use it. Microsoft Point cards are region locked, they can only be used on the account
    in the region where the card was purchased.
