Points not received

Hello,

In mid-October I spent about $100.84 CAD + tax so a total of $113.95 CAD on all the DLC of Mass Effect 1/2/3. I have waited so see if it updates since and now it is the beginning of December and no points have been added to my account at all. Can you please
look into this so that I can receive the points I should be getting?

I also purchased around 3 weeks ago the Dark Souls III Season pass for $29.99 + tax for a total of $33.90 CAD and do not have this yet either.

Therefore the grand total comes to $147.85 that I have not received points for.

Reward Points Not Received

Mate to be honest the Xbox Ambassadors would only redirect you too support ( there not Xbox staff ) , Xbox support is the way to go

And the Xbox Twitter support page is quite efficient ( they have got back too me right a way)

My last thread was locked as I couldn't find it again and now I have but as a reply to the last post, these purchases were made in October and it's now near the end of December and still no points.

Hi Annihilator. Payback Rewards Credits were awarded to you for your purchases made in October and November. For October, you were awarded 2000 payback Credits, which is 2% back since you are Star level 1. For November, you were awarded 800 Credits. You
can find them in your MyStatement. Your October Credits have been deposited to your Microsoft account while your November Credits are still pending.

In order for support to check into your account, you'll want to post in the support section of this forum. If you can post any specific offers, that will help them look. As of July 1, 2014, there are no offers to receive credits for renewing gold.

Are there any specific offers you're looking for credits from? In order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates.

You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at
https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/ .

-or-

2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
back as MyVIP payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

MyVIP has a recalibration every year. At the end of the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015 and December
2016. Since you are a zero star member, you do not get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (https://rewards.xbox.com/myrewards/).

So for example, since the bulk of your purchases this year have been consumables (things like FIFA points) or pre-orders, they have not awarded any Credits, since they were not eligible for any offers, and consumables and pre-orders are not eligible for
MyVIP.

When will my MyVIP Rewards Credits be deposited into my Microsoft account?

The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit terms.
Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

This is why your November purchases were only recently Rewarded.
