Points not received on pre order punchcard

Only purchases made during the offer period are eligible for the offer. Since only your purchases of Ghost Recon and Mass Effect were made during the last offer period (which started in January), you only had two out of three punches, and therefore did not
complete the offer.

Support will check into it, but keep in mind the credits should show as pending after all 3 games were released. If Sniper Ghost Warrior was one of your punches, you should receive the credits by April 7

I am looking at my order history and i have all that say preorder bundle. In conclusion, who is your support team so i may point out my purchases while the punchcard offer was going on.
