Points not posting

Discus and support Points not posting in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; Have had over 19,000 points in my account at the end of March and still nothing has posted.     Have had over 19,000 points in my account at the end of March and still nothing has posted. Had at least 14,000 by the 15th of March and nothing posted thing either. So I figured I would wait until the end of the month but something seems to not be working
    properly.

    As mentioned in your previous post at (Xbox Live preorder Rewards Points), your purchase was not eligible for this offer since
    it was a digital purchase. From our FAQ:

    Which content is eligible for this offer?

    Any pre-ordered, hard-copy (disc) game from the Microsoft Store for Xbox One or Xbox 360 will qualify, as long as the order is received before the title release date and the game ships before the end of the offer. You will only receive one Reward per title,
    for a maximum of three titles total during the offer period.

    After reviewing your account, it appears that you are currently being affected by a known database issue which is interfering with the information on your account. What is happening is that your billable account information is being incorrectly communicated
    to our servers. Since this data is necessary to determine where to place your deposit, the process is aborted. Since this issue is currently being caused by a secure database not under our control, we have escalated the problem and it is currently being worked
    on by another team. At the current point in time, they have not yet provided us with an approximate solution date. We apologize for the inconvenience, and ask for your patience while our other team works on a solution.

    Hello LONEWOLF JOHN,

    This issue is not affecting your account beyond preventing your deposits. It sounds like you may be very confused about how our Rewards program works. While I recommend reading our FAQ on the Rewards website, I will try to condense the general outline of
    our program for you.

    You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

    1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/ .

    -or-

    2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
    back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

    In September 2014 we changed to the MyVIP policy. As a result, payback based off Gamerscore (MyAchievements) was discontinued. Also, as of July 2014, we do not award Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals. In September 2015, we made some refinements to the
    program. One change that happened was an adjustment of MyVIP purchase thresholds. If you did not reach any MyVIP ranks with your purchases from September 2014-August 31st 2015, you were placed at a default rank. Since you are a zero star member, you do not
    get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (https://rewards.xbox.com/myrewards/).

    We do not see any purchases on your account since July, which is why you have not received any Credits since then. Since you only hit the one star rank in June, that is the first month since the spending reset in which you earned payback Credits. We see
    that you appropriately triggered the Rewards for your Gears of War purchase, and those are also pending in your account. Therefore we are immediately "Crediting" you, it is just the deposit that is not happening. There is no "retrospective" Rewarding we can
    perform for your account; all your eligible Credits are already pending there.

    However, as we have mentioned, we cannot complete the actual deposit of these Credits, because without the information from our database, our deposit process has no instructions on which billable account goes where. If we tried to force a deposit into your
    account, the chances are extremely high that your currency would never appear (although some random person somewhere around the globe would become a very happy but confused individual). Until we receive a resolution from the team responsible for this database,
    we cannot proceed with your deposit. Again, we apologize for this inconvenience.

    The request deposit button is only available when you have at least 1,000 credits pending, but less than 5,000. It's just so you can have credits deposited before needing to have 5,000 pending first. Once you reach 5,000, they are deposited by the following
    15th or 30th of the month. So generally, if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they will deposit by the end of the month. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they will deposit by the 15th of the next month.

    The first deposit for this month is scheduled for the 15th. The second deposit is scheduled for the 29th.
