Points not depositing - wanting to opt-out and re-enroll

I have some xK points pending, and I presume they're not being deposited because I migrated some years ago.

Reading the FAQ says I should optout and re-enroll 48 hours later, but must inform a member of staff first, so here I am making this post. I will not opt out until I get a response.

(Feedback about the program: very poor program, and Xbox is derelict for it has been like this for years now. I mean taking away the points from renewals, digital purchases and stuff aside, this "opt out and re-enrol" thing seems more of a hasty
workaround of someone who doesn't know how to fix the problem, rather than a solution. Nay-- of someone who doesn't
    know what the problem is.)

    Thanks.

    :)

Hi BurninggalaxyX. Your locales are not matching so you do need to opt out, wait 48 hours, and then re-enroll. If you've done so, the process did not complete successfully. If you could opt out again and re-enroll after 48 hours, reach out to us again and
we can recover your pending Credits. Thanks!

I have problem described blow, i need to re-enroll.

"Your currency is not matching. If you’ve migrated your Xbox Live locale, your Rewards locale does not change automatically. To change your Rewards locale, you must opt out of the program, wait 48 hours, and then re-enroll. This will refresh your Rewards
account, so remember to reach out on the forum BEFORE opting out to let us know. Once you've successfully waited two days and re-enrolled, please create another forum post asking us to re-deposit your Credits."

    Hello iDecapitator,

Your Rewards Account is a separate account created based off your Microsoft Account information. Therefore, when you switched your Microsoft Account region via migration, your Rewards Account does not also change to reflect this, as it is not linked to your
regions, since it is a standalone account. This is why in order to resolve this issue you need to opt-out; since the region information is locked in by registering, you will have to register again to change your regions.

I can confirm that your US Rewards Account cannot deposit USD into your GBR Microsoft Account, which only accepts GBP. However, this issue can be fixed by heading over to the Microsoft Commerce page at (https://commerce.microsoft.com)
to update your Microsoft account to match your Xbox Live Rewards location. Another option if you wish to continue with Rewards in your current Xbox Live region is to opt out of the program at ( https://rewards.xbox.com/optout/ )
, wait 48 hours and then sign back up again, which can also take 48 hours.

While you will lose your progress by starting a brand new account, you can start earning Rewards Credits that will successfully reward your newly registered regional currency. To confirm that you have re-registered correctly, you can check your join date
from the MyRewards page at (Xbox Live Rewards). If your join date shows a specific date and not a date of "???", then your
account has successfully been re-registered. If you open a new post after being able to log in to your new Rewards account, you can request any pending deposits from your old account to your new one.

I have not deposited my credits rewards

Hi Uchiha Roix. The reason for your deposit failure is that your Rewards account locale does not match your Xbox Live locale. To change your Rewards locale, opt out of the program, wait 48 hours, and then re-enroll. Once you do so, reach out to us again
and we will recover your pending Credits. Thanks!

MyVIP Gems to Microsoft Rewards Conversion Rate

OK, follow-up question. If we opt out and don't want our Gems converted to MS Points, it says the balance will be deposited in the our regions tender. For me that is dollars. So will the 500 Gems be converted to $5 in cash? Also if we opt out to cash
out, can we then opt back in so we can at least begin to generate the MS points

Can t deposit on my BR account

Hi Filehpe. We've looked at your account and your Rewards account is not set to Brazil, it is USA. Please check that your billing and shipping information at
http://commerce.microsoft.com has your Brazil address. To change your Rewards locale you must opt out of the program, wait 48 hours, and then re-enroll. Once you do this, we can recover your pending Credits and attempt
    a deposit.
