    Hello Yuu Asakura,

    The Credits for that offer are currently pending on your MyRewards page. Pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending
    on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit the following month. Since these Credits put you above the 5000 Credit amount required for a automatically scheduled deposit earlier this month, it will be a part of the end of month
    deposit.

    First, please be aware that it may take some time to get the fix you are looking for, especially when the official support is technically off on weekends.

    My suggestion to you while you are attempting to resolve the issue is to pick up a MS point card from a local retail store to make your purchase with.

    As for the error you are receiving, could you provide the error code so that somebody here may be better informed and able to help resolve this.
