Please phone support and tell them what the problem is. TRY to clear your system caha. Make sure you have availd credit card.

 

Credits for that offer should show as pending about 15 days after the game shipped as long as you purchased a physical copy from microsoftstore.com.

From the FAQ for that offer:

When will I receive my Rewards Credits?

Your Rewards Credits should appear as pending within 15 days of your game’s shipping date.

Since it has not yet been 15 days since release, it is too early to see any pending Credits for purchases from MicrosoftStore.com.
