Points haven't went into my account

Discus and support Points haven't went into my account in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; A little while ago I bought the new Mass Effect game and it was with the Rewards Program.     Points haven't went into my account


    A little while ago I bought the new Mass Effect game and it was with the Rewards Program. That if you bought it online through you I get 15,000 points to redeem into my account for money. The problem is that I haven't seen the points for some time now.

    Points for 6 months signup!

    I haven't been given my reward points for renewing my xbox live membership and I have 1500 pending points that wont deposit into my account

    There were no offers to receive 15,000 credits just for that game. If you preordered it, it would have counted towards the Games on Demand punchcard that was running at that time, and you would have needed 2 other eligible purchases to complete the offer
    and receive the credits.

    As Smwutches says, the offer you are referring to is the Games on Demand offer that was active in the last few months. As stated, that offer requires three eligible pre-order purchases to complete. Since you only had one, you did not complete the offer,
    and therefore were not eligible for offer completion Credits.
