Point's Haven't Converted Yet

I had over 5000 points in my rewards account prior to September 30th, but they still haven't converted and posted to my Microsoft account. I thought they were converted on the 30th of the month. Wondering why they still haven't converted.

Cant buy anything because of beta

@KN1GTMARE - With this issue, your Microsoft Point's balance says 0, as it has been converted to real money, due to the beta. So purchasing from Xbox.com is not an option.

Xbl rewards pending credits not converting

I have 21,000+pending credits that's haven't converted to my ms account yet. Any help with this?

 

Credits are deposited based on when you get to 5,000 pending. If you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited by the 30th. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited by the 15th of the next month.

If you got to 5,000 towards the end of September, they would be scheduled to deposit on the 12th of this month.

Pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit
the following month. Since your last pending Credit event that triggered the 5000 pending Credit amount required for an automatically scheduled deposit occurred on the 19th of last month, your Credits will be a part of the mid-month deposit this month.
