Points for games never showing

Discus and support Points for games never showing in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; I've bought several games, some on the xbox and some on the website, and I've never received any points for them.     I've bought several games, some on the xbox and some on the website, and I've never received any points for them. Are they not doing that anymore? Is there something wrong with my account? What do I need to do to fix it?

    Microsoft points didn't download my game.

    My son redeemed some Microsoft points and used it to buy a pack for madden 13. The pack never downloaded or if it did it isn't showing up anywhere. We tried redeeming points again but they are showing as used but we do not have the pack. Does anyone know
    how to find something that hasn't been downloaded?

    Did you all know this about Bing Rewards and Xbox Live?

    Mobile points never show up for me. They show up as PC points.

    I'm having the same problem. No points for last month and I definitely bought enough to earn my 2% back.

    You'll want to post in the support section of this forum in order for support to check into it. Keep in mind that in order to receive credits, your purchases either need to be eligible for a specific offer on the site the time, or you need at least 1 star
    level in order to receive VIP rebates.

    You'll want to post in the support section of this forum in order for support to check into it. Keep in mind that in order to receive credits, your purchases either need to be eligible for a specific offer on the site the time, or you need at least 1 star
    level in order to receive VIP rebates.
