    If you're already an Xbox One owner, you would not receive any credits.

    If you're a 360 user who is upgrading to a One you can earn 30,000 credits.

    Hello Danielocha,

    Since you are not a Rewards member, none of your purchases are eligible for Credits. We can only Reward purchases made within the program.

    I got the same problem... I don't know what to do, I re-added my credit card informations, checked the funds, even changed the credit card to another one to be able to buy... but nothing! I just can't buy.
