    I'm brand new to xbox and thought game pass would be a cool way to explore it a bit before purchasing certain games. I've earned roughly 1200 points in a couple weeks, then logged on from my phone this morning to see they're all gone, except a little over 200. Now im discovering there's literally ZERO customer service options, no option for points or game pass when trying to search for answers, and the request call option has been canceled. First impressions are everything to me, so what's the solution, Microsoft??

    Yes I saw that. You can earn gamerscore by earning achievements in games, but you can also earn Microsoft Rewards points by doing certain actions which would show up in the Xbox app. The numbers can be different which could account for what you're seeing.

    What "points" are you referring to? Gamerscore or Microsoft Rewards points? Are you sure you're signed into the same account in both places?
