Points Did Not Deposit

Hello. I have over 50K points waiting for deposit. It says around the 15th, but it has been a few days and now I am confident that the deposit was missed. Can you please check into depositing these points. It is over $50 and if this deposit is not handled
by the end of the month then I will be charged for a preorder when I should have the money in my account. Thanks.

We can confirm Smwutches statement. Since your pending Credits that placed you at the 5000 required for an automatically scheduled deposit were put into your account on July 17th, your deposit will be a part of the mid-August deposit, as you suspected. Since
you have been scheduled for a deposit, there is no need for you to request one manually, so that button has been removed. Apologies for any confusion.

 

Points did not deposit

The next deposit will take place on the 10th. Since they were pending before the 1st of this month, that is when they should be deposited. Credits are deposited based on when you get to 5,000 credits. If you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are
deposited by the 30th of the month. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited by the 15th of the next month. The request deposit button is only available when you have at least 1,000 credits pending, but less than 5,000. It's just so
you can have credits deposited before needing to have 5,000 pending first.

 

If they were pending after January 1, they would be scheduled to deposit on the 26th.

Pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit
the following month. Since your Credit event occurred on the 3rd, it will not be deposited until the end of month deposit.
