    Hi There,

    My accourt is all updated, I've enven bought a game from the store a few days ago.

    But I keep getting the message below about my reward points deposit, asking me to update my info:

    "Vérifie les informations de ton compte pour que nous puissions effectuer un dépôt.

    Nous ne pouvons effectuer tes dépôts ! Vérifie que les informations de facturation indiquées dans ton compte Microsoft sont correctes en cliquant sur le bouton ci-dessous. Si c’est le cas, écris un message sur notre forum ici."

    Hello,

    These Credits were just deposited. From the FAQ on Vault Credits:

    I claimed Rewards Credits from the vault. When will I receive them?

    If you claim Rewards Credits from the MyVIP Vault, they should appear as pending in your account within 96 hours. Once they are pending in your account, the normal deposit process kicks in. Generally if you have over 5,000 Rewards Credits pending in your
    account in the first half of any given month, that amount will be converted to your local currency and deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 30th of that same month. If the Credits show as pending in the second half of the month, that amount
    will be deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 15th of the next month.


    Please note you need at least 5,000 Rewards Credits pending to automatically trigger a deposit, though you can request a deposit for the next scheduled date as long as you have 1,000 Credits pending. Also, if you have ongoing issues with us depositing
    into your account, such as your account not matching up with your billing location, you might want to consider choosing a different prize from the vault, as we won’t be able to deliver your Rewards Credits until the deposit issue is resolved.

    Hello Ras Ti Caf,

    Your deposit is being prevented due to a mismatch between your French Rewards Account region and your Canadian Microsoft Account region. Since your Rewards Account is a separate entity from your Microsoft Account, migrating your Microsoft Account region
    will not also change your Rewards Account region. Therefore, when your Rewards Account attempts a deposit in one regional currency, it cannot complete when your Microsoft Account is of a differing currency.

    However, this issue can be fixed by heading over to the Microsoft Commerce page at (https://commerce.microsoft.com) to update your Microsoft
    account to match your Xbox Live Rewards location. Another option if you wish to continue with Rewards in your current Xbox Live region is to opt out of the program at ( https://rewards.xbox.com/optout/ )
    , wait 48 hours and then sign back up again, which can also take 48 hours.

    While you will lose your progress by starting a brand new account, you can start earning Rewards Credits that will successfully reward your newly registered regional currency. To confirm that you have re-registered correctly, you can check your join date
    from the MyRewards page at (Xbox Live Rewards). If your join date shows a specific date and not a date of "???", then
    your account has successfully been re-registered. If you open a new post after being able to log in to your new Rewards account, you can request any pending deposits from your old account to your new one.

    Points are only deposited twice monthly, around the 15th and 30th. Typically if the points are pending between the 1st and 15th they're deposited at the end of the month (around the 30th) and if the points are pending between the 16th and 30th they are deposited
    around the 15th of the next month.

    Unfortunately those are the only times points are deposited.

    Xbox LIVE Rewards Points equal to or greater than 100 will be automatically deposited into your Xbox LIVE account each month. It may take up to 30 days for the points you earn to be deposited into your account. If your points total is less than 100,
    the points will be held as pending until 100 total points are reached and deposited into your account.
    Pending points are usually deposited around the 15th and 30th of each month. Your points might just be pending until the next deposit date.

    I have checked my billing points history and found no deposits of 400 points or multiple deposits that equal up to 400 points.

    The only time we are able to request a manual deposit is when you have between 1,000 and 4,999 points. At that time you can activate the manual deposit request and the deposit is processed on the next deposit date (it is not immediate). If you have over
    5,000 points then they are typically automatically deposited to you account on the next deposit date.
