    points cannot be deposited, issue continued from last year


    I have been getting monthly reports on how many points ive made. Last year I asked support to help me figure out why it wasn't depositing. I was told that it was a problem on there end and I just had to sit tight and they would fix it. Still hasn't been
    fixed so please I ask again can someone help figure out why I cannot claim my points

    i havent recieved my rewards points for last month and this month

    Also, you need at least 100 points before they get deposited to your account. December was the exception last year.

    your billable account information is not being properly communicated to our deposit process, which is causing the deposit to fail when it cannot determine which billable account to deposit into. At this point in time, we have still not received a resolution
    from the other team currently working on this issue. We apologize for the inconvenience that this issue is causing. In the meanwhile, we will continue to attempt a deposit into your account.

    Hello MrFresh260,

    You did not have any pending points. Your last deposit was in May 2016. You can see your deposit as currency from your commerce page at (https://commerce.microsoft.com/), where they will be listed as a refund
    with a negative amount. Note that promotional currency expires one year after being deposited.

    Your last deposit was the result of an effort from the other team working on your particular deposit issue. Unfortunately, they are still working on fully resolving this issue, which is why the error is still persisting on your account. Until our other team
    fully resolves this error, you may continue to intermittently experience this deposit issue. Again, we apologize for the inconvenience while we await a successful fix from our other team.

    Points not deposited for a year

    Hello robbyrob204,

    There is currently an internal issue with the data stored for your account which is preventing a deposit. Our deposit process cannot correctly determine the primary billable account to deposit into for your Microsoft Account, and thus aborts the process.
    Since our deposit process never actually receives your user input, updating it will not solve this issue in most cases. This is an error that we are working on resolving with another team. At the moment, we have not received a estimate on when this problem
    will be resolved. To be clear, this is a data issue, and not the result of any faulty user input. We apologize for the inconvenience.
