    Unauthorised Payments!

    I have just had my account billed for two unathorised payments

    6000 Microsoft Points for $99 and 5000 Microsoft Points for $82.50

    I need these payments reversed immediately.

    i have some good and bad news!

    after 12+ hours of waiting i added paypal payment option on site and without a problem buy 1000ms points! after that i try to buy 500ms points on my xbox - and get "Your payment instrument could not be authorized. Please contact your provider, or try a different
    payment option"... and now i try to buy 500ms points on site - i get "Your payment instrument could not be authorized. Please contact your provider, or try a different payment option" again...

    Yes i am talking about Microsoft reward points, i was wondering is it supposed to immediately be in effect as soon as it says i purchased it? I got it about 2 weeks ago. My renewal was today.

    Hello!

    Did the Xbox Live get applied to your account prior to your renewal? If you go to your subscriptions does it show that your Xbox live renewal is more than a month out?

    You should have been emailed a code for the gold. It would not have automatically been applied to your account. If you did not redeem the code, then that's why you were billed for another month. If you did not receive the code, you would need to contact
