I have unistalled / installed / reset - everything I can think of. I installed Solitaire Collection and they connect to serve and work fine. I then launched Jigsaw from Collection, and the same problem exists, The app will freeze when it syncs to the server.
I cannot get Jigsaw to work with the network connected. I'm out of puzzels and need to connect so I can download new ones.

What version of Windows are you on?

If you have Windows 10, the quickest way is to go to the "Start" menu and right-click on Microsoft Jigsaw. Then select, "Uninstall".

I have been having a problem using Microsoft Jigsaw while I'm connected to the internet. The program will launch, but will hang while it is syncing with the server. Jigsaw works fine when I'm not connected to the internet, but now I need to download
more puzzels. I have worked with MS and XBOX and have not found a solution. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Bill Berg,

I have heard also that turning off your internet connection does solve the issue as far as synching goes if it is getting stuck there. Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling Microsoft Jigsaw? If not I would recommend that, also just so you know it
will take time for your points history to show up and you might lose some saved puzzles. Maybe try to reinstall and download the puzzles and then play offline only. Hope this helps
