    hello

    i have finished the mission games on demand ( 3 games pre orderd) at xbox live rewards.

    the are also already released, why i get my points not credited? the games are COD, ;afia 3 and Titanfall 2.

    einmy percenter for level up shows no more progress.

    please help me

    Theres probably an easier way to do it than this, but if you go to Xbox Video and click on a movie, then go to buy it, it'll tell you how much is in your account before you confirm the purchase. Then you can just press B to cancel and go back.

    Points credit expired

    Hello, I received a reward from points back in June 21st of 2016 and did not know they expired lost $10.00 that I never used. I was hoping I could receive them in order to pay for a name change. I'm sorry for the inconvenience. Thank You!

    Since your purchases were made before the offer period, they were not eligible for that offer. Only your purchase of Mafia 3 was eligible for that offer.

    Also, pre-orders, game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP, so they do not award MyVIP progress.

    The credits should show as pending on the MyRewards section of the site and would be scheduled to deposited at the end of the month.

    For your World of Tanks bundle, you would need to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions support forum so support can check into it for you.

    You would have to try contacting support and speak to billing to see if there is anything they can do, but generally once funds expire there is no way to get them back. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or http://support.xbox.com/contact-us
